Eric Hurley (hamstring) has resumed throwing off a mound and could be ready for game action sometime next week.
Hurley has been a walking MASH unit the last few years, having not appeared in a major league game since 20008 due to a variety of ailments. He was once a promising prospect and is still just 25, but his star has faded dramatically. He's likely to begin the season at Triple-A.
