Week 19 Hero of the Week

2B Dustin Pedrioa was named Hero of the week. He went 10/28 with 2HR, 6RBI, 6Runs, 4BB, and 3SB. With this big win over the Pro Bowlers it looks likely the Heroes will be playing in the playoffs.

Anderson Returned

Anderson (elbow) made his first start of the 2012 season Tuesday pitching seven strong innings of one-run ball and striking out six batters in a winning effort against the Twins.
Spin: Anderson looked sharp in his return to the majors, relying heavily on location (62-of-86 pitches for strikes) and his plus-curveball. It usually takes pitchers a while to fully return to their usual selves after Tommy John surgery, but Anderson didn't skip a beat Tuesday. When healthy Anderson will provide quality outings with a decent K-rate (6.94 career K/9). He will continue his comeback in Cleveland on Monday.

Week 18 Hero of the Week

OF Jay Bruce helped the Heroes sweep CPL NL West Overlords Motley Shue for the season series. He went 12/28 3HR 7RBI 9Runs ended witha 1.377 OPS

Week 17 Hero of the Week

2B Dustin Pedrioa hit .500 going 13/26 8runs 4RBI 4BB and 2SB.

Week 16 Hero of the Week

OF Matt Holliday came up big against his former team the Mauling Tigers. 10/25 3HR 10RBI 6Runs 1BB. This win completed a sweep of the Mauling Tigers.
