Loux and Pollock are low ceilings and high floors guys. Salcedo and Mejia are on the rise after breakouts n 2011. Perez is a wildcard, a strikeout machine that fell apart as the season went on.

Aaron Harang
Dodgers signed RHP Aaron Harang to a two-year, $12 million contract with a mutual option for 2014.
Harang will earn $3 million next season and $7 million in 2013. The mutual option, which can also vest based on innings pitched, has a $2 million buyout. The 33-year-old right-hander went 14-7 with a career-low 3.64 ERA over 170 2/3 innings this past season with the Padres. We suspect he'll miss PETCO Park (3.05 ERA at home, 4.70 ERA on the road), but Dodger Stadium is also a pretty good landing spot for a pitcher. He'll be worth pursuing in NL-only and on a matchup basis in standard mixed leagues.
