2014 Sister team recaps

Played in three other fantasy baseball leagues this years besides the CPL.

Buff League (16 team league) won the division and was bonced in the 1st rd of the playoffs

Hardcore Baseball (10 team) had a bye in the 1st rd of the playoffs and got bounced by the 6th seed in the 2nd round.

CPL all-stars (8 team) lost in the championship to Cale after beating three times in the regular season.

#1 player in the Gulf Coast league is.... Rafael Devers

congrat to Hero 3B Rafael Devers being named the #1 prospect in the GCL

2014 Little Hero of the Year

This year due to the rebuilding efforts the farm system is stacked with tons of talent and while not all the young players lived up to the billing there was many that put up huge years. As in most years the voting was tight and could have gone a couple different ways but in the end SP Lucas Giolito takes the award going 98Inn, 110K's, with 2.20era and a 1.00whip to go along with 10-2 record.

In the quest for #2 pick in the draft there was not a big push for wins this week but that did not stop SP Clay Buchholz from having his best week of the season, going 17.1Inn, with 10k's, with just 7 hits allowed going 1-0 during the week.
