OF AJ Pollock - Grade B-: Fourth outfielder profile, does a lot of things pretty well, can steal a base, hit for a decent average, play good defense. Won't hit many homers.

SP John Lamb - Grade B-: I'm always careful with Tommy John grades, since the recovery is not as automatic as people think. Retains mid-rotation upside if health allows.

SP Ariel Pena - Grade B-: Another component of the Greinke trade, Pena throws very hard and has a good slider, but gets into trouble when he leaves his pitches too high in the strike zone. He sagged after the trade and is something of an enigma. You can draw a scenario where he becomes a number three starter, or one where he becomes a closer, or one where he becomes nothing.

SP Charlie Lowell - Grade B-: Good fastball/changeup combination, still working on slider and had some command wobbles in High-A. If that improves, can be a three/four starter or a nice relief option.

A sad day for the Heroes, Snider was one of the favorites of the manager and we all wanted to see him do well. When the rebuilding started in 2010 it was thought Snider was one of the guys we were building around. We hope him the best with his new team.
